Kimberly Cofman and Raymond Bolourtchi met in law school, and knew early on that they shared a strong desire to make the world a better place by fighting for others. Ray is a Naturalized US Citizen, and knows firsthand how precious the privilege of immigration truly is. Over the 25 plus years we have been practicing immigration law, we have watched US immigration policy become more unfair, less accessible, and increasingly difficult to navigate. Some people give up and feel disillusioned; we get MORE motivated to make a difference with our work.

Kimberly Cofman-Bolourtchi is the managing partner of the firm. Ms. Cofman-Bolourtchi practices in the areas of Family Immigration and Immigration Appeals, and is known as a fierce advocate who gets results.
Ms. Cofman- Bolourtchi serves as part-time faculty at Maryville University, and is the former Director of Leadership and Professional Development at Washington University in St. Louis. She is the founder of UNMUTED, a non-profit organization that teaches college students (with a focus on First Generation students and students from under-resourced communities) how to overcome hidden obstacles to success. Kim is a strategic Executive consultant to the C-suite, and is a sought after speaker and presenter on the topic of confident communication, expression, and alignment.
